Watch The X Factor online: Episode 8 Judges Houses

The eight remaining acts sing live for the first time. Kate Thornton reveals a sudden twist at the end of the show. Six acts with the highest viewers votes would go through to the next round. The remaining two acts would sing once more and go head to head to try to impress the judges. At the end of the show, the three judges had to choose from the two acts remaining, Roberta and Voices with Soul, who would go through to the next round. Louis chose his act, Voices with Soul, and Sharon chose her act, Roberta. Simon had the deciding vote. He chose Voices with Soul. This meant that Roberta was out of the show and Voices with Soul were through to the next round.
