In this episode the crew, along with David Klose, an expert barbecue fabricator, attempt to make a giant BBQ. The grill would be twenty feet high twenty feet wide, and weigh approximately 3,500 pounds. It would also have a giant rotisserie about 6 feet in length. Among many of the field trips Frank takes in this episode, one of them is to Papa Cantella's where he makes a giant hot dog for the BBQ. The BIG! BBQ debuts at the L.A. County Fire Department's Annual Father's Day Barbecue.
