Sweep is Superdog, he can save anyone when he hears a scream. But, he has a arch rival called The Comedian. The Comedian invents a machine to change people's moods. First he makes Sooty naughty, then Soo and Matthew! Also, he drains Superdog's brain so he cant rescue people.
