After seeking Steve's advice on how to avoid contributing to Lovita's many charitable causes, Regina names Cedric to coach the school's debate team. And as the new coach, his first order of business is to decide between Lydia and Bullethead for the team's remaining slot. Meanwhile, Steve and Romeo each lay plans for a date with the their new neighbor, a beautiful swimsuit model named Lela. Noticing that Steve has been roped into doing a lot of favors for his new neighbor, Regina points out that the crafty Lela is taking advantage of him.
