A doctor calls Rachel's father to ask for his help. Rachel's father agrees, and the man says that he has been receiving gifts and money for two years, and he just got a note saying that the sender is coming for what he wants. While Conan gets to work privately figuring it out, Rachel begins to suspect his intelligence and its uncanny resemblance to Jimmy's. Conan figures out that the sender lost his son in a medical operation, and wants to have his revenge by killing the doctor's son when he turns 5, the same age as his own son was when he died. After saving the little boy, Rachel's father is out when Conan reaches home, and she confronts him, calling him Jimmy. Conan's true indentity seems blown out the window when the phone rings, and Rachel picks it up. It's Jimmy's voice! She feels embarrassed by the whole thing, and Conan barely escapes revealance.
