Hart asks Kingsfield about a case after class and is given the assignment back to him to prepare an answer to and bring it to Kingsfield's office the next day. He is absentmindedly riding Bell's bike and gets hit by Leanne Laski (Darleen Carr) who turns out to be the President of the Law Review (a prestigeous publication put out by the best of the law students). She helps him to help himself find out about his question.
Anderson is continually frustrated in his attempts to get everyone in the study group to show up to a meeting in which they all have their outlines to share.
Ford is made at Bell because Bell is flauting his magnus opus outline ""Bell on Property"" and puts Bell in a panic by secretly taking it.
