It's Friday morning and the study group has made plans to go away for the weekend. No one's prepared for class so Kingsfield gives them a large review assignment. So they cancel their weekend plans and turn the 2nd floor of the dorm into a ""no law"" party. Anderson goes ""fishing"" for a girl to bring to the party and finds Fitch (Danuta), a beautiful dentistry student, to go with him. She is ""stolen"" from Anderson and leaves with a third year law student, Sam Prey (Marshall Colt). They're drunk and break into the school dispensory. Anderson, who has followed them, is the fall guy when the campus police show up and he's the only one nearby. Anderson is required to go before an informal school disciplinary board where he could get kicked out of law school. He asks Hart to defend him at the hearing.
