While helping a classmate search for her missing terrier, Veronica stumbles onto a bigger mystery, which affects pets all over Neptune, California. Meanwhile, tensions mount in the Echolls family as Trina (recurring guest star ALYSON HANNIGAN) tries to convince the now retired Aaron (recurring guest star HARRY HAMLIN) to accept a role in her new boyfriend's independent movie. Later, Weevil is arrested for breaking into the Kane residence and stealing something from the deceased Lilly's room.
