Plucky wins a trip to Europe and takes his friends along with him. They take an all-around the continent tour where there are Weenie Burger stands everywhere. They end up in Buckingham Palace where they meet the famous Prince Charles and Princess Diana. They also get involved in a plot where two servants plan to take over Buckingham Palace, and a psychotic cook chases Plucky and Hamton as well.
