This episode is a spoof of the old Howdy Doody show, with Buster as Buffalo Bob and Plucky as Howdy Doody. They try to keep the ""Elmyras of Many Nations"" from getting out of control. Plucky is angry because all he does is hang on a string with nothing to do. Bag that Bunny: Elmyra is chasing Buster all around Acme Acres Park. Buster doesn't have any time to fool around with her because of a book report he has to do. Elmyra is crying and weeping for Buster and offers anyone a month's allowance to catch him. Enter Calamity Coyote and his numerous plans to catch Buster. Every one of Calamity's plans fail and Elmyra takes him home instead of Buster.
