EARTHQUAKE!!!! A string of them hits Acme Acres in this episode. The real reason is that the Gremlins who live at the center of the Earth are angry because their great big ball of gold is gone. Montana Max has come across a great big gold ball just like the one the Gremlins had. Plucky and Hamton fall inside the earth as a result of an earthquake and are accused of stealing the giant gold ball. Later on, Buster and Babs build a dinosaur bone machine and digs through to find Plucky and Hamton at the mercy of the Gremlins. As they come up from the earth, they discover a gold trail leading to Max's house and finds out that Max has stolen the gold. They disguise themselves as the ""Vanderbunnies of Southhampton"" and get the gold back to the Gremlins.
