Buster's planned episode is cut short when Babs has a sore throat. As a result, they uses the Wheel O' Comedy to select cartoons. Devil Doggie: Elmyra meets Dizzy Devil, thinking that he is a puppy. She takes him home and gives him all sorts of hell. The standout of this cartoon short is the Psycho parody, in which Dizzy is in the shower cooling off his mouth after a hot chili lunch and Elmyra come up to him and gives him a bath. After this much abuse, Dizzy spins out of Elmyra's house in terror. Elmyra remarks ""I lose more pets this way"".
