Judoh is visited by the Celestials, a group of "protectors" who monitor the cities of the world and have the ability to shut them down if they deem them not civilized. However during their visit they come under attack and get separated, forcing Daisuke to find the missing member before time runs out to renew Judoh's water and air supply.
