(Rita and Runt Short) In order to destroy a village, Dr. Frankenstein creates a monstrous dog named Scout. When Scout is struck by lightning his brain is damaged. Dr. Frankenstein needs a new dog brain and decides to use Runt's. Rita, however, releases Runt and Scout before Dr. Frankenstein can operate on them.
