Lou Monte - ""Italian Cowboy Song"" [Lou Monte opens the show. He comes out riding a small horse (or donkey?) and is dressed in a Western outfit and cowboy hat. This song is in both Italian and English. Upon the conclusion of the song, Monte is interviewed briefly by Clark.] Sam Cooke - ""Everybody Likes To Cha Cha Cha"" and ""You Send Me"" The Fleetwoods - ""Come Softly to Me"" Art & Dottie Todd - ""Chanson d'Amour"" Frankie Avalon - ""Venus"" [Frankie closes the show. Upon conclusion of song, Clark invites Avalon out and presents him with a gold 45 for ""Venus"". He also presents him with a special Chancellor Records watch with a gold record as the face of the clock! Avalon then says he is flying to Australia upon leaving the show and that it would take him 30 hours (!) to get there.
