(quick note: what happens in the episode is not what's written on the dvd) People who have been poisoned by toxic waste are getting worse. The docotors there are sumoning the best around. That includes Black Jack. He imediatly is called upon to operate on a little girl who has reached critical. He operates and they discover fish eggs in her lower intestine. He ends up saving the poor girl. As he stays at an inn he befriends a young homelss woman, who suffers from the toxicosis too.
