Mr. Gauss makes a deal with Higsby that transforms the chip shop owner into the richest businessman in town! Meanwhile, AyanoTech, Yai's family company, goes bankrupt! It turns out that Gauss is a senior Grave operative, who is using the innocent Higsby to cause the economy to run amok. Fortunately, Lan and Chaud team up to take down Mr. Gauss's NetNavi, MagnetMan, restoring order to the banking system.
