While hitch-hiking on his way to Phoenix, David Banner is given a lift by a policeman. He finds the ride is right to the police station and a cell alongside a lovely woman (guest star Shelley Fabares) being railroaded for the murder of her crime-fighting husband. It takes the Hulk to get them out of jail so they can get to the proper authorities and prove their innocence.
