Mike's exercising for a charity walk to Brighton.Jean is cleaning and wants Sid to move the fridge for her so she can clean behind it.When Sid can't move it,Trevor comes over & together they try but it still won't budge.! Jean tells Sid he's getting a bit flabby and when Sally moves the fridge by herself he decides it's time to get in shape & show them who's flabby and past it.!
On the day of the race Sid & Trevor are bringing up the rear but they're still hanging in there.! However not for much longer as they collapse before they reach the outskirts of London.
Mike wins the walk & the Hospital receives it's new colour TV. Sid & Trevor are the first patients to watch it & see themselves on the evening news. !!
