Sid wants to go fishing with Trevor,but Jean tells him her father is coming over for a visit on the week-end. Sid tries to sneak out the front door when Jean's Dad arrives early. Sid has to cancel his trip. Later Sid's trying to have a conversation with his father in law but he's sulking.Jean goes out to the shops & Sid decides to share a bottle of home made wine with him. Sally & Mike are going to the pictures,see Grandad alone & take him with them.
Sid comes in & Grandad's missing,Jean comes home & they go the police station to report a missing person. Sally, Mike & Grandad return & Grandad goes to find Sid's wine. Sid & Jean return & wait up all night until Sid hears a noise from the greenhouse,Grandad's drunk on Sid's wine.! Sid thinks he can now go fishing,but Jean makes him take her dad with him.!
