When the Littles go and visit some relatives, they encounter Angela, a girl whose mother's drug addiction is ruining their lives. Dinky accidentally ingests some of the mother's drugs, begins hallucinating and runs off. Grandpa goes after him. Meanwhile, Angela has become despondent due to her mother's neglect and decides to take some pills just like her.
