Through an ancient spell,originated by Lucrecia Borgia through an antique ring, a boy (played by Scott Weinger) changes into a sheepdog and back again. It seems to happen at inopportune times and the spell can only be broken by an act of bravery.As Wilby discovers the new neighbors are up to no good and tries to prevent them frum smuggling stolen jewels.
