Fiz still wants John to quit his job at the school but he insists that they're over the worst. However, a stranger turns up and introduces himself as Ben Fielding - a newly-released prisoner - Fiz is left reeling when Ben reveals the reason for his visit - he's there to confront the man who's sleeping with his wife. Fiz is sure that there's been a mistake but Ben's clear that he recognises John and punches him. It becomes obvious to John, though, that Colin Fishwick was having an affair with another woman (Ben's wife). As Ben exacts his revenge on John, Luke becomes increasingly concerned about Charlotte's involvement with him. Meanwhile, Sophie's unhappy when Sian agrees to have tea at Ryan's - she feels that it's the least she owes him after he rushed her to hospital. Ciaran helps Ryan create a romantic setting but when Sophie hears, she storms round and barges in. Will Sophie's worst fears be realised? Elsewhere, Eileen advises Sean not to try and see Dylan; Sunita and Dev row over her desire to work; and Natasha plans a surprise 70th birthday party for Audrey.
