A family of Balloon People arrive on Earth and befriend the SuperFriends. They have come to Earth to escape their home planet which is suffering from pollution and ecological catastrophe. The Balloon People catch the interest of greedy man named Noah Tall who take them prisoner. The SuperFriends, however, manage rescue them and capture Noah Tall.
