Wayne invents a way to make veggies bigger. Only it turned the veggies into big bad mutants. Quark ate some of the stuff after the Szalinskis killed the Mutant Veggies. So now Quark is mutating and looks like Godzilla! Can the family get Quark back to normal before he destroys the town?
