Mona's cousin, Dottie, prepares for her big dance recital with a certain amount of trepidation. It seems that lately, she's developed two feet, stumbling and fumbling about the dance floor like...someone hexed! Indeed. It turns out Dottie has been hexed by none other than her own dance teacher, Madame Sosa, who will stop at nothing to ensure her son (and star pupil) grab the spotlight. Donning her tights and her hex-ray specs, Mona sets out to thwart the dance instructor's nefarious scheme! / Angela has a new pet - a talking parrot who seems a little TOO clever to be a simple bird. In reality, he is an apprentice magician who lost a shape-shifting duel centuries ago and has been cursed to walk/fly the Earth in parrot form ever since. Mona volunteers her services, but she's got her work cut out for her. All she is has to do is locate a magic wand that's been missing for well over five hundred years.
