The Vikings set sail to the town of Hexham in search of riches and find a church that more than satisfies their appetite for plunder. However, as they’re returning back to their ship, they run into worthy opponents determined to make them pay for their violent actions. Meanwhile, back in Kattegat, Haraldson becomes aware that one of his emissaries was killed by Ragnar, and plots to have Ragnar pay deeply for his sin should Ragnar return from his latest journey alive.
