Desperate to rid the city of Batman, Harvey Dent finds a new ally in Anarky. With Harvey's blessing, Anarky ups the stakes and recruits a new hero to take Batman's place – Deathstroke (ROBIN ATKIN DOWNES). With hired killer Deathstroke around, Gotham no longer needs Batman to protect it. There's only one problem: Deathstroke is insane and doesn't care who gets hurt…as long as he kills Batman!
