As the baby's arrival date gets closer, Giuliana worries that once she becomes a mom she will lose her sexiness or what she calls "Momjo." So she checks in with Mama DePandi and other mommy friends to get advice about how to prepare, but by the end of her journey she comes to an interesting realization. Meanwhile, the Rancics have an empty, bare house to fill--all in one month! Then the couple flies out to Colorado for their baby's seven month sonogram, and the realness of the event makes Bill wonder if Giuliana is truly ready to become a mom.
