With his latest invention, The Neutronic Monster Maker, Jimmy transforms his friends' physical appearances into those of a Vampire and Werewolf. But the effects of the transformation don't stop at crazy body hair and pointy teeth; Carl and Sheen quickly mutate into real monsters. Jimmy must reverse the effects before Carl and Sheen wreak havoc in Retroville.
