In a follow-up to "Howl, Howl, the Gang's All Here," Stanley has problems with Howler the Dog when he mistakes the Mayor of Megapolis as an attacker. Stanley and the Mayor end up having Tennessee control Howler before his medal awarding event to Stanley or the Mayor will have Howler detained.
