Why not have a romp through the 90s comedy landscape over the course of two hours?
There are plenty of gems to be plucked and viewed from that particular era, even though it only feels like it was last week. Or maybe a fortnight ago. Possibly a month.
And why not have Jennifer Saunders host it? She was, after all, pretty big in the 90s. Absolutely Fabulous was actually huge and French & Saunders were still going strong. So long as Saunders didn't accidentally become slightly self-obsessed, showing clip after clip of her own show, with her and Lumley mucking about with fags in their gobs, everything should've been fine.
