The program looks into the world of professional mistresses, or rather mistress-substitutes, such as British porn star Violet Storm, and lapdancer Paula, neither of whom have affairs but both of whom provide a fantasy for men who do not want to take the full step into an affair. The program also looks at kinky clothing and other sex aids. The famous Irish mistress Laura Bell is introduced in the section about famous mistresses.
