As usual, when Casper the Friendly Ghost tries to talk to a delivery man, he scares him into dropping his package. Casper decides to deliver it himself, only to find that he has a baby ostrich on his hands. Casper tries to find a home for Ozzie the ostrich, who eats everything in site, causing all kinds of havoc.
