A human draws the comic strip "Herman and Katnip" for the Sunday funnies. Herman and Katnip come to life off the drawing boards and wreak havoc at Paramount Cartoon Studios. A big fight takes place, but, as we all know, Herman comes to the rescue of the other mice and saves the day.
