A notorious contract killer escapes from prison to carry out some unfinished business. As he is offing people left and right, the Breakout Kings must learn his connection to his victims and catch him before he kills again. The common thread between all of his victims was their involvement in a tragic story involving the rape of a young woman college student five years earlier--and her father happens to be a guard at the prison from where the killer escaped.
