To increase profits at "Punch!", the Boss passes on two important assignments to Jordan: use extreme measures to cut office expenditures, and invent two bogus scoops that will attract new readers. It's against Jordan's principles to concoct fake stories, but he reluctantly agrees to go along with it because the Boss warned him: if he doesn't succeed, Connie (his heartthrob) will lose her job! It all goes according to plan- that is, until Matt Damon arrives at "Punch!" headquarters in an outrage!
