Monty Don is back in Guernsey, helping Liz Collenette to put up a trellis ready for clematis plants. Together they visit Roy Evison, the UK's leading clematis expert who also lives on the island, and whose nursery is home to the National Collection of clematis. Ann-Marie assists first time gardeners Mike Woodhall and Alison Buckley reshape their lawn and find some plants to thrive in the shade of the newly constructed rockery. Carol Klein pays her last visit to Adrian and Debbie Taylor, who are busy finishing their garden ready for the summer. Carol lends a hand sprucing things up before the pair open up the Devonshire garden to their family and friends.
