Martha is increasingly isolated as she fights to defend an ex-boyfriend. Determined to ignore Clive, who attempts to force her to confront holes in her client's story, Martha wonders if she's cut out for this. As chambers begin to worry for her emotional stability, Martha's campaign to lead Shoe Lane begins to suffer. Billy's tribunal comes to a head and Shoe Lane votes on the silk to guide them.
