In Chico, California, a drunk college girl found passed out on a lawn refuses to give officers her real name or age. In Cincinnati, Ohio, a house party gets out of control when partying kids are caught jumping on a neighbor's brand new roof and charged with criminal damaging. Then, an officer investigates suspicious behavior when he spots a student with an open container of alcohol in public, and a girl calls police to kick her live-in boyfriend out of their apartment. In Tallahassee, Florida, officers assist an incoherent student who is too intoxicated to find his way home.
