In Chico, California, a night of binge drinking goes bad when a female student who just turned 21 is hospitalized for overdosing on alcohol. In Cincinnati, police finally track down a student who has been vandalizing vending machines for months. Then, in Tallahassee, Florida, an intoxicated man is detained only to find out he has warrants out for his arrest, and an irate woman racks up charges when she resists arrest and busts the windows out of a police car.
