Mike’s ego suffers a blow when he finds out that Lisa’s recent promotion gave her a slight edge in salary earnings, so Mike tries to convince his boss, Harvey (guest star Larry Wilmore), to give him a tiny pay bump – just enough to keep his salary above Lisa’s. Meanwhile, now that Adam and Callie are living together, Adam is forced to confront his bathroom phobia at Mike and Lisa’s barbecue, while Callie’s free-spirited and sex-obsessed sister, Kate (guest star Kathryn Hahn), proves to be a match for Ethan.
