Editor-in-Chief Joanna Coles and her top "Marie Claire" editors scramble to get their schedules (and lives!) in order before they head to Europe for Fashion Week. But before she leaves, Joanna gives the interns an opportunity to shine when she asks them to create their own magazine spread showcasing a current trend on real people. The girls start off eager to impress, but drama ensues when Ashley and Samantha learn that Talita asked the art interns to help with her layout and Ashley's last-minute procrastination threatens to doom her project. Will any of them be able to impress hard-to-please Joanna? Yeah, right.
