Cornered in a building, Lupin is given the shock of a lifetime; Zenigata has been pulled off the Lupin case permanently. A rather drunken Zenigata informs Lupin of the news personally and reveals that his new assignment is to track down a group of illegal arms dealers known as "Shot Shell".
