Ivan Wright from the enforcement team takes on an abusive tenant with a short temper and a string of exotic pets, who believes he is being victimised; and a former asylum seeker faces life in the UK without his family, a job or a home.
Meanwhile, housing officer Linda Chapman works with the police to help her solve the mystery of a flat with suspicious smells coming from under the front door.
