Seriously injured by Onizuka's shenanigans, and burning with the desire to crush the unconventional rival for Fuyutsuki's affections, Teshigawara embarks on a plan of revenge by enlisting the help of his pupil's mother, president of the Society for the Study of Victimization in Education (a la the PTA.)
