The Amphicar, a German-built novelty, is not only a car; it's also a boat. Hampered by extensive repairs and hard-to-find parts, classic car expert Alan Lewenthal and his restoration crew transform a rare 1967 amphibious car from a rusty relic into a profitable auction-block winner.
