Erin's dad makes a pit stop in Los Angeles to visit his daughter and, boy, does he have great timing. He walks in just as she's spray tanning an ex-Playmate who comes in with her three young daughters. While uneasy, dear ol' dad sits in as a babysitter. Then, the crew feels threatened when newcomer Heidi impresses the bosses while vying for a position as regional manager.
