Dylan, SC 3/19/07 – a crack dealing couple is stopped in a sedan on a residential street and after the cop talks to them they take off. As they run the woman goes to bail and the man steers from the passenger seat. The woman jumps out on a turn and the man still steers from the wrong side. The cop rams him off the road, but he keeps going. He jumps out the passenger window as it rolls and the cop runs right over him, but he lives. A driver in a car travels at high speeds; a frightening incident takes place during a traffic stop.
