Sarah Beeny catches up with Sian Astley in Manchester. Sian was never short of confidence and her first development was the site of many a battle as Sarah tried to persuade her to tone down some of her more exuberant decorating ideas. But she did learn from her mistakes and went on to buy another property, and another, and another. Seemingly unstoppable in her new career, three years later Sian is now on to her seventh development. Sarah returns to see how she's been faring.
